BharatLike provides social media growth and engagement services including, but not limited to:

Followers, likes, views, and comments for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X
Social media content strategy and management
Digital marketing consultation

All services are delivered as described on our pricing page. Specific delivery times and quantities are confirmed at the time of order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp and confirmed by our team before payment is requested.
Payment must be received in full before service delivery begins, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery

We aim to begin delivery within the timeframe stated for each package. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to platform conditions, high demand, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms.

6. Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver your order, you are entitled to a full refund.
Partial refunds may be issued if a portion of the order could not be completed.
No refunds are issued once delivery has been completed as described.
Refunds are not provided due to account restrictions or actions taken by the social media platform against your account.

7. Your Responsibilities

By placing an order you confirm that:

You own or have permission to use the social media account for which you are ordering services.
Your account is set to public (or will be during delivery) unless otherwise agreed.
You will not change your username or make the account private during active delivery.
You accept that social media platforms may take action on accounts that use third-party growth services, and BharatLike is not responsible for any such actions.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Promote illegal content, hate speech, or harassment
Violate the terms of service of any social media platform
Engage in fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices
Resell our services without written permission

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conditions without issuing a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and design — is the property of BharatLike and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

BharatLike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of followers, account suspension, or loss of revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
